I have too much starter, and I am too frugal to throw it out (sorry Mr. Forkish) so I made Sourdough-Bacon Pancakes

Then it was time to bake off the loaves from the overnight proof

Time to take the lids off

Trying my hand a baguettes again, this time just bit smaller. These are only 250 grams and about 41 Centimeter long. 

Good crumb, nice crisp outside and a slightly chewy inside, happy with them, sorry about the scoring

A variation on a Tartine formula......

Decided to try my hand at a Baguette, even though I have never really had much luck with them. 

Not bad, but my scoring need work.....
