I butchered my bread!

What did I do wrong?

Hello everyone. I just tried my hand at baking bread from scratch. I followed the recipe exactly, but it came out colorless, dry and tasteless. What did I do wrong, and how do I fix this monstrosity so it doesn't happen again? 

We don't know the recipe and we don't know just what you did so it's hard to know how to help.  Your picture doesn't hardly look baked.

Yes, more information about the recipe you used and how you went about it would be helpful, but at first glance it looks dry and probably undermixed. More water, more kneading, and more time rising would likely help.

Please post the recipe (formula).

It looks under-, or unkneaded.  Increase kneading.

It is undercooked.  Increase oven temperature. 

How much salt did you use?
