Designing a bread oven, could sue some feedback with a survey.

Toast

Hello everyone, I'm a design student currently working on designing a new oven targeted at making bread baking more accurate, safer, and generally easier. It would  be a countertop unit, and I currently need some survey responses in order to focus in more on design priorities. If you have the time to take it please do, it's only like 15 questions. Thank you so much for your time!

I took your survey,  One question I had a problem with is "how accurate is your oven"   Did you mean in terms of hitting a particular temp,  amount of deviation from that temp or something else.  Otherwise , I thought the questions and layout were pretty easy to understand.

Thank you for taking it, I probably could have separated it into 2 questions, one for hitting and one for deviation. I have a gas oven, and I know mine probably hits temp but definitely isn't static once it gets there.

I picked bread at random for the most experienced but honestly I'd say it is dead even.  I do interests by years.  A year or two of obsessing over pie and pastry, a year or two of cakes, a year or two of bread, not to mention bass, guitar,  fiddle,  power lifting at the gym, learning a language... Anyhow I'm old enough to have cycled through a few different baking obsessions more than once.
