Not fed today will stir it and see tomorrow ... temperature is between 14 and 18 Celsius here. Not sure what that is farenheit.
ok done a dump of half and feed of 40 gms flour and 40 gms water and now sitting in a warmer temp in the oven as the room I think was too cold. Hopefully I haven’t killed it.
Smells sort of yeasty and has a few bubbles but only risen mm’s so planning to switch to hot water bottle for more reliable heat over night ... will hold feed back for now
If you can, leave it close to the back of your fridge... on the OUTSIDE of the fridge. It kicks out a constant gentle heat. Place a towel over it opened to behind the fridge to allow the warm air to circulate around your container without escaping. Works lovely for me!
Stirr it a bit and wait until tomorrow.

if you have not fed it up to now, you can feed it depending on the temperature.

Find a way to keep it around 25C. It will grow much faster when it is warm.

Thanks
was worried I was going to kill it if I had it too hot.
after refreshing and feeding at 12 hours has bubbles but no rise and fall so will try putting in oven with light or something.
..... resorted to chilly bin with a jar of hot water in hopes it acts like hot water bottle.

Hot water bottle trick worked. Fed mid morning and had risen beautifully within and hour and still rising.
