My first loaf EVER!!

I am turning 56 in April...and until 3 days ago, I have never made bread. It has terrified me. I have been watching videos and decided to try. Here she is!

It was...okay. I thought it was mostly tasteless. It was good, just bland.

I was older than you when I began baking bread, so just go for it.

If its bland it probably needs salt and could probably use more time in fermenting or retardation.
