That’s really pretty, nice job on the scoring. I haven’t attempted anything that daring yet. Once out of the banneton I’m always in a rush to get it into the Dutch oven because I’m worried that the dough will flatten out so I haven’t yet tried anything so complex.

I'm really so proud, I couldn't score at all until recently when I got a super sharp blade :) now I just need a proofing basket! :D

Ive found colder dough much easier to score, also having a sharp blade was a game changer, i had just been using a box cutting knife!

I felt that way too! And most of my past ones were quick ragged slashes and scooted in the oven asap!
I've since learnt that it's not going to suddenly turn into a pancake, especially if its been shaped well :) so much trial and error in bread making!
