those boules in your other post! You got great crust, oven spring and crumb. In other words, everything that most of us strive for. I can’t judge the taste but I would bet they taste good!

thanks Danni, I just read a lot from people like yourself and Abe,

when I say I am still learning it is the science behind it all. To be honest I am not sure I want to get that deep into it. another crazy fact is I stay away from carbs so I give my bread away lol.

So thanks for your sharing on here and I will continue to follow and read what you all have to say
