Good, simple, straightforward video. I like the way it clearly shows the difference between bacterial activity in the early stages and yeast activity later on. It's helpful for people to know why their starter didn't rise bread when they used it after three days!
video - and had to laugh when it first started, since I immediately recognized the voice and style. She has another video of basically her "daily" bread, where she ever-so-casually flings in flour and starter and water with almost-measurements, and is incredibly comfortable with basically putting it together by feel. I had it bookmarked to watch for the attitude, more than for the "recipe"...
It looks like she's a bit more measurement oriented with the building a starter video, but still relaxed and comfortable...
good one but the spanish one is still my favourite :)
I've recommended of Spanish origin? Or are we talking about a third video?
maybe im mistaken i was talking about this one @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuU0xmqEZyI its the best one ive come across and really helped me when i started out....

And I really like the high-speed mixing. :)
