We are prepping a bit today for dinner tomorrow. Ham, turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, asparagus, carrots, are on the menu as well as Gingered Apple Squash soup and cornmeal buns. I am also redoing my ancient Grains Sourdough with sesame seeds.
Between that and watching a baby giraffe being born, it's a good day!
