And all so need this aswell forgot to add to my post Hey guys it's me again I probably all ready said this before I need a loaf tin the best you can buy i don't care about the money what do you guys recommended I am in uk like i said I need a deep loaf tin so I can make white tin bread and it looks perfect like what bakers can produce
I started with a cheap (£195) Beko oven. (68 litre capacity) It can take 4 medium trays for hand-shaped, or 4-6 large 800g/2lb loaf tins.
For steaming, I use the roasting tray that came with it on the bottom, crank it up to 250°C then throw a cup of water into it. There are no real vents so it works fine.
For loaf tins - the best will be subjective, but after getting some cheapies and having the non-stick come off, I now have these: http://www.breadmatters.com/bread-tins Not cheap, but they are robust and are showing no signs of deterioration at all after near daily use for over a year now.
Where in the UK are you? I'm down in Devon. There are quite a few of us from the UK here now.

Thanks Gordon I am in warrington next to Manchester what is the oven your talking about can you give me a link and is its a bread oven ? And just orderd
I just went to Amazon.co.uk:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BNIMQOU?psc=1 let me know what you think and I am on the quest for the perfect white loaf
I've no experience of that tin, however some advice: Do not stack them. Do not use any metal inside them. Basically don't do anything to weaken the non-stick coating.
The oven I mentioned is a standard domestic fan oven. I used it 6 days a week to make bread in for the first year I had it. Have bought other ovens since, but I still use it for small breads, cakes, etc.
Not sure it's made anymore, but this looks similar:

mechanical controls, no display. As simple as it gets. This is a video of it working:
