Last Saturday's class featured the Sweet and Rich Challah from ITJB and the Orlovsky Rye formula you provided. Each was a big hit. Several students said they intend to order ITJB. Two students told me, separately, that the Orlovsky rye tasted just like the rye breads they enjoyed while living in Germany during their husbands' military postings there.
Thanks so much for your permission to teach these two delightful breads.
Congratulations! I'm looking forward to seeing it this fall. 8^)
Thanks, Floyd. It's been a long road and TFL has been a major inspiration.
Congrats Stan! Love the cover....can't wait to see the final product.
That cover is the Westphalian Pumpernickel. Rye meal, water, salt only, 16-hour scald, 24-hour bake.
Congrats! The cover looks amazing! Love rye in my bread!
Looking forward to getting my hands on this!
