Congrats!  Why did you stop?  Was it tedious to feed and maintain the starter?

I ask because I have yet to try a sourdough for that reason.  I feel like I might get sick of having to make bread from it after a while. 

It looks great. (And no corihal, you never get sick of making bread from your starter.)
