I never heard of this rye but someone mentioned the bakers came from the Milwaukee area. There are a lot of ryes to be enjoyed here. This bread sounds delicious.
Is there a chart that would help convert the measurements done in ml over to grams? One of my scales does have a ml function but I have some doubts about the accuracy.
