Hello, my name Bert, I designed a pizza oven insert for outdoor gas grills. I am here to learn more about baking different type of breads with my oven. Earlier this year I baked pita bread, which was very easy to bake. Yesterday, I baked two small loafs of sourdough bread, looks promising but I have long way to go.
