I have access to a semi-commercial bakery (has the cool ovens, etc.). I'm playing around with a few recipes for hot dog buns. The buns are starting to come out nicely. I'm wondering, though, if there is a tool that can be used to get the size and shape a bit more consistent. The buns are between 100grams to 150grams. I want them to have the consistent shape that the store bought buns have. Suggestions?
