I want to make a fun spiral white and wheat sandwich bread for my daughter. I'm wondering if it would work to make a batch of white dough and a batch of wheat dough, divide into half loaf sizes, roll each out and place the rolled white dough over the rolled wheat dough and roll up to get a spiral effect?
Has anyone done this?
You could flatten both doughs and put them on top of each other and roll them up getting an uniform spiral.
