I aquired the Carl Griffrith's 1847 Oregon Trail Sourdough starter. Fed it as instructed. After being fed for 3 days this is what it look like. Should it have more bubbles?? Any ideas?? Depending on the local conditions, sourdough develops at its own unique pace.
