Siestas, refreshing drinks, and cool showers or mountain lakes ...surviving skills! (My yodel has dried up!) It does cool down at night, thank goodness!

Keep it in the fridge remember it has eggs and butter in it so it will not last too long but then no lemon curd will keep long....
