When I want to divide my dough to make 2 or 3 loaves out of it, is there any good / bad way of doing this? Do I cut it with a knife, scissors, pull it appart ? Log in or register to post comments You do not want to rip or tear the dough. A bench knife is the best tool, but if you don't have one, you can use scissors or a sharp knife. Cut cleanly and avoid sawing through the dough. Hopefully you have a scale so you can make sure each division weighs the same, especially if you plan to bake them at the same time.
