Converting scale measurements to cups/spoons

Toast

I'm a little panicked right now. The batteries died on my scales and I've got to make San Joaquin sourdough for tomorrow night's guests--provided we're all dug out from the blizzard by then--using this recipe:

If anyone can give me an easy conversion site, or has done the conversions already for want of a scale, I'd be most grateful.

Thanks. I hope this turns out the same with cup measurements as it does with scales. A little scary not to have my trusty little scale up and working.

Best of luck.  Some bakers apply 5 ounces to a "cup", others use more or less (many use the 4.5 ounces per cup ratio) so you'll have to do some close evaluation of your prepared dough.
