Made this cute loaf the other day! Unlike most tiger bread I’ve seen, mine actually resembles tiger/leopard spots, rather than parched soil cracked under the sun. Totally attribute this cutie to the recipe—I only swapped 3% of the flour with rye CLAS and stuck to my usual few-hour workflow. Baked in my beloved Walmart toaster oven at 450°F for 40 minutes. Shared it at parties, gifted it to friends—always a crowd-pleaser! Try it your way, but trust me—don’t change the formula!

That does look pretty, and very leopardy.
This recipe really delivers!

Beautiful loaf, yippee! Definitely perfect for gifting. I've tried makinf pineapple buns and rotiboy, might try this one too!
Thanks so much Michael, Benny, and Jay! Believe it or not, this was my first try. Having such a solid recipe really set me up for success—kind of like what the Chinese say, “winning at the starting line.” And I sure did.✌️✌️✌️
