I have recently discovered this crescent shaped Eastern European pastry snack bread that appears to have as many variations as the number of cultures that make it.
I've experimented with a few variations so far and would like to learn more about other cultural variations in the way they may be made, shaped and possibly filled.
Anyone on the Forum have experience with making Kifli?
