Is my sourdough bread crumble looking okay?

Hello everyone!

Still new at baking sourdough. I felt like the problem I was facing with the fermentation was because of a weak sourdough culture…so I fed mine for 3 days and hoped for the better. 

What’s your take on the crumble? Am I in the right path? I started doing coil folds as I feel those keep most bubbles left.
