Fridge Proof to Oven

Toast

This was proofed from  about 6pm the previous evening for baking in the morning at 9 am. Took it out of the fridge at 8 am turned the oven on at about 8:30, into oven at 9:15  in a Dutch oven preheated sprayed with water lid on at 440 degrees for 25 minutes lid off for another 25.
