Hey guys! First time bread maker here, been working on a sourdough starter and I’m currently on day 3 of feeding, just wondering if it looks normal! I fed it about 4 hours ago it the band around the bottle is where it was after feeding.
I used no name all purposes flour, it says its enriched and pre-sifted, it smells yeasty and a little sweet and I’m feeding 100 grams of flour 100 grams of water, putting it in my oven with just the light on so probably 75 degrees
It looks like a beast.
How does it smell?
What king of flour?
What is the temperature of the room?
What is you feed ratios?

Can I ask why you place it in the oven?
