  • 45% Kamut Khorasan
  • 45% Winter Hard Red Wheat
  • 10% KAF BF

Other Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds
  • Flaxmeal
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Yellow cornmeal
  • Steel cut oats
  • Triticale rolled

Bake Temps

  • Steam
  • 20min @ 500F
  • 10min @ 475F
  • 15min @ 450F
  • 15min @ 425F

that's bound to be  an amazing tasting bread and do you have a crumb shot?

It must be nice and reddish with the amount of Kamut that you have used?
