
There has been some interest in pink doughs.
I used the tip from an NHK baker in Japan who said to encase the pink (or green or
colored) dough in a white dough. I made a pink dough colored with Persian mulberry juice and it came out pink!

Love it. How does it taste?
i replaced the water with a juice squeezed from some Persian mulberries- not much taste unlike when eating the berries fresh.
