Seeded semolina sourdough (Tartine) and country sourdough. 

those are beautiful loaves . Not only is the crumb beautiful but the crust is lovely as well. Now for the flavor ?  Hope you will post your details. We love details. 

My husband didn't love the seeded one. The other Tartine have been huge hits. The straight country, the rye, the olive/walnut/lemon/herb (my favorite), the walnut: they have all been wonderful.
