Cellular Respiration
O2 + C6H12O6 -> CO2 + ATP + H2O
Happens in the Mitochondria
This makes CO2 which makes the bread rise
The wheat is doing photosynthesis then that glucose goes into the the mitochondria where it does cellular respiration
Anaerobic Respiration vs Aerobic Respiration
Yeast does alcoholic fermentation which is a form of anaerobic respiration and humans do both in Lactic acid fermentation and also does aerobic respiration.
Yeast uses alcoholic fermentation which is anaerobic respiration and this creates the CO2 to make the bread rise.
CO2 Cycle
Making bread falls into the cellular respiration part of the cycle because if does anaerobic respiration and releases CO2
Recipe
1 ½ cups of flour
½ cup of water
1 ⅛ cup of yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
Pinch of cheddar cheese
Overall this recipe of putting in about the same amount of fat and sugar in as we did flour and a small amount of salt worked really well although it was a little doughy in some spots but if u put butter on the bread it was really good bread.

When you say 1 + 1/3 cup of yeast what do you mean? I work in weight (g) and although volume is more foreign to me this seems very off.
Otherwise this looks very nice indeed.
