Loaf Size for 10" Rectangular Banneton Proofing Basket
I just got a 10" rectangular proofing basket so I can advance from boules to batards . It is smaller than i had imagined. Can anyone give me an idea of appropriate loaf size for this basket (i.e. dough weight)?
