Fermentation Fest 2016

This festival happens every year and I always seem to be just a bit too far away to get to it. It is everything fermentation-bread, beer, kraut, kombucha, kefir, cheese, herbs, etc,etc. This year Peter Reinhart will be doing several classes, including one on making sprouted grain bread. Sandor Katz will also be there as well as other experts in anything fermented.
