I made this bread a couple of months ago for the blog and had kind of forgotten about it. When I made it again the other day I fell back in love with it so thought I'd share it here!!

The local yoghurt knitters would pay lots for that! Spelt <tick>, wholemeal <tick> kale <tick> coconut oil <tick> feta <tick> (And teach yoga too, you've got it made!)
Just make it with sourdough and they'll go crazy...
If i'd not already worked out all the flour, etc. for tonight's mix & knead for tomorrow I'd make that.

Gordon, a sourdough version sounds glorious!! Might have to try that at some point when my sourdough making is a little more.... learned....
