A classic form both in shape, crumb and Rye %.  :)

bloggers are favorites. Love the Dr's Westphalian Rye. Also 60% rye and proofed seam side down as a boule, I think I would prefer the bread flour too and a bit more bread spice though. Well done and Happy baking Stan.
