....not posting (got very busy lately!) Anyway, managed to get this done today while working from home, and, it was a nice way to pull me away from my monitor for some short breaks!
150g starter (100%)
300g water
450g flour (400g AP, 50g WW)
10g salt

Very nice looking loaf, great job! How long was the bake, and at what temp?
Thanks, Cranbo. Pre-heated oven @ 550, bread baked on stone, loaf into oven with steam (cast iron pan below stone) and turned heat to 450. Total baking time was ~40 minutes or so. Final internal bread temp was 205 degrees.
