I'm Catomi from Michigan and I've been browsing for some time. I joined today so that I can start chronicling my personal bread journey. I've already learned quite a bit from lurking, and I'm looking forward to many doughy experiments to come.
I'm currently mostly interested in sourdough breads with a high proportion of whole grains, but who knows where I'll wind up.
