Light work week has given me time to bake at home. First batch was the 1,2,3 formula again and then I did a sour dough baguette batch for today. Here are the results:

Thank you Varda. The pictures are not through the door but are taken very quickly with it open. It's been a fun week.
Here are some shots of this morning with the leftover dough from the baguettes from yesterday I shaped and baked them like Ciabattas. They came out great.
