Your Challahs (and the pictures of them) are works of art. I love the first one and can't quite wrap my head around how you might have done it. But you have done that to me before, with your intricate braiding. -Varda
Thank you so much Varda!:)
The round-up braiding is not difficult(!) at all.
If I manage to illustrate it (I'm terrible at that), I'll upload the illustration so you can see.
Thanks again!
More stunning challahs, Winnie. I am a big fan.

THANK YOU SYD !!!
Winnish,
All your challahs are pretty maybe you can show us some of the braiding tutorial up here. Thank you for showing us your bread photos.
Kimmy
Thank you Kimmy
I usually make a 4-strip-challah
I hope it helps
Hi Winnish,
Thank you so much for the tutorial and I’m thinking to bake your challah recipe using yeast water. Which is your favorite recipe so far especially for beginner like me?
Kimmy
You are very welcome Kimmy
I don't know what to tell you regarding a recipe for beginners, because usually my recipes are a bit complicated.
I'd go for a recipe with just one kind of flour, and not with lots of egg-yolks, or even with no eggs at all. it will be easier.
But I honestly think that if you are here, that means that you are not a beginner :)
BTW my family's favorite is mixed-flours challah
