I like the idea of freezing ahead and baking in the morning, the recipe seems to work well for the lady who has the recipe on your link.  Did you freeze and thaw your CS?

We bake up 300+ for our Sunday brunches. Thankfully they freeze well, and with a couple hours thawing rise nicely. Nice bake! Larry
