Day old (or longer) bread loose it crunch and gone tough or soft in plastic? Revive it again! Yes it can be done! Preheat your oven with a rack (no stone) and when it's hot, take your bread (better whole or cover ends with foil) and run the crust under clean water, fast, and pop it onto hot oven rack, remove in about 10min when crispy but not browned.
