Very Nice! Aren't they wonderful right out of the oven? Like a lot of specialty bread, the only ones I've eaten I made myself, so it's nice to know I'm in the ballpark (as they looked just like yours!)

Thanks, my sister who goes to New York on business frequently, told me about getting them and how good they were, so I decided to try a batch. Think your's look better than mine, but they do taste great out of the oven. You are right in that they do lose a little flavor after a day or so.
