i've been looking at spiral mixers for a while now. While I'm dreaming of an autentico/famag/sunmix they are all too pricey here in Quebec. Someone drew my attention to the revo bake mixer. I spoke to a few people who recommended them. Just wondering if anyone in this community had experience with it? I'm not sure if to go for the fixed or tilt head. The thing that puts me of the tilt head is the digital dial...anything digital will be more likely to fault over time. Any thoughts?
PS. No, im not interested in the halo. It is extremely loud and feels like a a cheap entry point spiral mixer and I need something I can mix with every day with a 5-6kg dough
Thank you
You could consider the new Ooni spiral mixer, if it's to too expensive in Quebec.

There is a fair amount of discussion on this post about Revo https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,87159.0.html As I recall, there are some who believe most of the chinese mixers are exactly the same , except for the label, othres think there are differences
in a restaurant supply in Hamilton, it looked impressive especially when compared to high end mixers meant for the home kitchen.
