Wow, that’s looks good. My mouth is salivating like Pavlov’s puppy. Did you bake on the aluminum tray? I have a bunch yet only use them for service. Baking on them sure would be convenient if it works.
What you see under the uncooked pizza is called a pizza screen. Google it . They come in all sizes. They work great. The serving tray would not allow the bottom to brown.

Thanks for the clarification. I’ve used screens for decades. I mistakenly thought I was seeing pans.
