Chedder and jalapeno loaves.. how much cheese?

How much chedder cheese should I add per 450 grams of flour? I will be using cubed, not pre shredded.

 

If you're planning to add cheddar cheese to a dough that uses 450 grams of flour, the ideal amount is about 150 to 200 grams of cheese. A little less than 50% of the flour's weight is a good guideline, so the cheese flavor doesn't overpower the other ingredients, but still comes through nicely in the finished dish.
