I just saw your post that you are selling your Rofco B10... I am definitely interested! I live in California.

How much are you planning to sell your oven?

Purchased for $1664 on sale from pleasanthillgrain.com about 2 years ago.

I'll start by asking $975 w/o shipping.  We'll see what interest there is before getting into haggling :-)

Disclosure: Globe for light is cracked from spraying with water ( I have a replacement around here somewhere, but I never installed it because it works fine).

I'll take the deafening silence as a sign that I started too high (I always struggle with that kind of thing).

Let's move to $800 w/o shipping...below that I might just hold on to it.

Yes, I still have it...and my new oven comes in a couple weeks, so it will be fully available then (I'm not using it now, but may need it for a few bakes before the new oven goes in).

OK - the oven is taking up a bit of space I now need at the bakery, so I am lowering the price again and posting this update.

Especially if you are in the N. Rockies, a trip to Pocatello for a deal on a Rofco B10 might be worth it.  

I am selling this with two steam trays and 2 peels I made to fit its dimensions.
