The dough has gained a lot of strength and we are on track.

 

I love your outfit and the way the dough looks too!

I am just getting into pizza and will have to check KAF formula out.

Everything went well until the end game. Two glitches.

1. Too much oil.

2. The bottom of the Focaccia stuck to the shiny aluminum pan.

I will correct and give this formula a second try.
