Perfectly executed Kaiser rolls.

Today's exercise, is a small batch of NYC breakfast sandwich sized Kaiser rolls. 

 

I don't have a fancy Kaiser roll cutter, so I have to shape the old fashioned way. 

The fold, the knot, and the quick easy stamp. It just depends on how much time I have and my level of enthusiasm. For this bake I needed six quick rolls for dinner. Enter the stamp! Even with the stamp there is a learning curve. Not every one was as nice as the next.
