More Kaiser rolls practice. The traditional fold shaping method.
My tenacious nature will not allow me to disregard out of hand the traditional folded shape of the Kaiser roll. Today's exercise is to become more profitant shaping the traditional Kaiser roll shape.
My best attempt at the Kaiser roll fold to date. Not all were perfect. In fact more were imperfect. That being said, this bake gives me the courage to go on! LOL.
