At work we where buying that burger buns description from outside now they want those rolls to be made on our own how can I decode that bun recipe to create a soft potato burger rolls recipe close to or more than please help

Ha ha....they are obviously frozen potato bread dough. Thaw and bake I'm guessing; although I can't read Arabic :)

No it’s not frozen dough it’s potato burger rolls frozen in packages after baking so you can have shelf life of 1 year
The potato roll is from martins potato bun rolls is there are recipe that can make potato roll close to Martins
