Haussler Customer Service - ?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to contact Haussler customer service directly? One of the plastic pieces on the whip set for my Haussler Alpha cracked and broke after only a few uses. I tried contacting Pleasant Hill Grain and they said they are unwilling to help, and my only option is to buy an entirely new whip set at close to $240.

I would like to contact Haussler directly and try to get a replacement for the one small plastic piece that holds the whips that broke.
