Three loaves using 900 grams organic white winter wheat from starter...still Desem is the most delicious bread I have ever baked.

Very wholesome looking. How did you make your desem, like a normal starter or with one of those exciting 15°C methods?

I followed the Desem instructions to the tee as given in Laurel's Bread Book. It helps using the highest quality flour and spring water. Where I live I am fortunate to have access to both.
